REACH Service Areas
REACH, headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, provides care to any individual in need of emergency medical transportation using either rotor-wing (helicopter) or fixed-wing (airplane) aircraft. REACH rotor-wing aircraft provide service throughout northern, central and southern California, as well as western Oregon responding to 9-1-1 and interfacility transport requests. REACH fixed-wing aircraft provide emergency and non-emergency interfacility transports regionally and nationally.
Northern and Central California
REACH provides helicopter service from the following base locations in northern and central California: Concord, Lakeport, Marysville, Redding, Santa Rosa, and Stockton. Airplane service is offered from our base in Sacramento.
Southern California
REACH's El Centro base in Southern California's Imperial County operates a technically-advanced twin-engine Eurocopter EC 135, capable of cruising at a speed of 160 mph. Our base in Lancaster, California, provides interfacility transfers throughout the area with our Bell 407 aircraft. Our Thermal, California base, located at the Desert Resorts Regional Airport, provides services to communities throughout Riverside County and surrounding areas. REACH's base located in Upland, California is a public/private partnership providing life-saving 24/7 emergency helicopter service to San Bernardino County and surrounding areas as part of the county's system of air ambulances.
Western Oregon
REACH provides helicopter service throughout western Oregon from our base in Benton County at Corvallis Municipal Airport. In partnership with Cal-Ore Life Flight, REACH provides airplane transport throughout Oregon.
Texas
In partnership with Methodist Healthcare, REACH provides life-saving 24/7 emergency helicopter service to residents located throughout Bexar County, Texas and most of South Texas.
